Hi everyone,

I could really use your help.

Can anyone tell me how to go about getting affiliates to promote a product for you in the make money online niche? The product relates to a proven method that I've personally used to make passive income online.

Have any of you ever gone through this process of finding affiliates or know anyone who has? I want to get a handle on how to do this as soon as possible, preferably.

Thank you.

Do a product launch and announce your launch on jv launch sites like muncheye.com and jvnotify.com. There are also facebook groups that are jv and product launches.

You can submit your launch in muncheye and also, join some JV forums. You can also contact related people personally and ask them to be your affiliates.

ask people here on WF, join to shareasale or CJ and create your own network of affiliate marketers (cost money)
or ask people on facebook or other social networks.

or contact website owners in similar niche like you, and ask them politely if they would be willing to promote your website as an affiliates and offer them a big reward.

Also, put your "Become Affiliate" on the very bottom of your website.

if you are using JV beware

in fact JVzoo does give warning to give delay payment to your affiliates instead instant provided you know your affiliates well.

I have lost some money due to this careless mistakes.

Like another poster said, you can build up your Name and Brand here by really particpating with good solid advice, replies, and just interacting with the Community and ADDING to the Community at WF !!

And then reaching out to others who you have built relationships with in a non- intrusive manner

It depends. Do you just want a crapload of affiliates, or do you want a handful that will move product for you? The 80/20 rule is in full force here.

80% of your run of the mill affiliates will do nothing. 20% will make at least one attempt.

Of that 20%, 20% will make most of your sales (that's 4% if you're keeping score).

In all of my discussions with professional affiliates, the number that means the most is EPC (Earnings Per Click). Show them a solid EPC ($1.00+), and they'll work hard for you. That earnings number could be a high commission percentage on an offer that converts well, a combination of commissions on front end and upsell offers or a residual income stream.

Bottom line, show professional affiliates that they'll likely make money.

First create your sales page and then you need to send traffic yourself first and make sure your page converts and the refunds or low. Once you got that you need to gather some EPC's or earnings per clicks. Once you have that data you can attract affiliates who will go out and get you sales rather than a bunch of affiliates who really don't understand how to get traffic and convert that traffic.

Be able to show conversion statistics and don't expect them to be guinea pigs for generating traffic, so you can test and optimize the offer. Show them that you already have a winning offer.
