Catchy Domain Name - Will Reward Contributors

Hey guys,

I'm about to launch a new blogging guide in a couple of months and I need some help finding a kick-ass domain for the website.

I'm going for mostly PPC on this one, so the keyword does not have to be included in the domain.

I'm going to send a reward through PayPal to anyone that's comes up with a great domain that's available.

    To answer SiddFishers question: depending on how good the domain is, but from $50 and upwards.

    I Like Dave's "starblogbucks"...

    If you ever watched those movies like zeitgeist, and micheal moore films, etc... you will take note that certain names and symbols tend to always do well with the public... and this name sounds familiar already... such as in star bucks... although you might have a potential lawsuit if you did use such a name?

    But I still like it... It sits comfortably, i think.... his is catchy when you think about it... because people will already have that ingrained in their mind... this sort of trust of the name... from star bucks...

    Think about it... successfull campaigns and business's.... and slogans... many of them centralize around these words... bucks... and star..

    "hollywood "stars""..."get more BANG for your buck"... "a buck or two".... "buck a day"..."star wars" ( i know lame right? but every star wars movie has done phenomonally well, hasn't it?)..."star magazine"...


    but you can find some call to action words... and just go from there... couldn't you?

      I see what you mean but here are a few downsides with that domain:

      - I need a domain that's give an idea what the product is all about, i.e. how to get traffic to your blog with ease and how to take your hobby into a full-blown business. (maybe I should have addressed that in my initial post, sorry about that)

      - I don't think the word "buck" is a very good word to use when it comes to selling an product with earning potential - it implies a low amount of money...if you know what I mean. Starbucks is a great name for a coffeeshop, because you automatically think of it as cheap coffee - mostley because of the word "buck".

    I think you're on to something, but as I mentioned earlier - I'm targeting newbies and intermediate bloggers...billionairblogging sounds has a great ring to it, but it sounds too overwhelming I think (at least for a newbie...if you know what I mean?)

    Think of my initial domainidea: BloggingOnSteroids - maybe you can get some ideas from that?

      Yes, I got that... Bloggersonsteroids.com seems available.

      (BloggingSteroids.com... haha they have your IDEA in the slogan...LOL!)


      But hey, try a thesaurus... but I am not sure that it comes on too strong... because these days even being a millionaire isn't enough...lol! GO for the billions...
