Viral Report Questions

Wish to create a viral free or paid report for a children entertainment site!

Not sure about the process and could you help me with understanding how to go about it.

Not sure if it is meant to offer on my site, or to offer on my site and offer it as well elsewhere where others could use it and make money from it possibly, if so should I then offer on my site for free.. confused.

If I offer it on my site for free, then if it should be offered to a site as $7 ebooks then could it be offered to some directory for others to utilize to market with or something, or can they sell it if they wish and i could offer it for free through a link for only those that subscribe to my list would that be ok then!

What is the process in setting up a viral report, tools, security to prevent theft dl guard etccc

Correct me where I am wrong:

1) Need to a pdf creator to create a pdf from a word document

2) Need a pdf brander to make my pdf brandable and if so can this be offered to others to rebrand the report with their link or will i need a separate piece of software to allow others who download it and wish to brand it with their own link in the pdf

My site deals with kids entertainment, clowns, magicians, cartoon costume characters, etcc
