    I agree on some of those niches. But others I wouldn't deem "hot". What factors make it hot to you?

    For example: the "article rewriter" niche

    I would NOT recommend that someone target this niche, unless they truly have a passion for article rewriters. In my opinion, there just isn't enough search demand on the limited amount of keyword phrases available.

    Now, the "diet" niche is HUGE! But, you can't just go attacking it blindly, because there is a massive amount of competition. It's best to take the time and do some detailed keyword research, and then focus on subniches within it that still have higher than average search demand, but lower competition numbers.

    And those subniches are there. Trust me.

      Several of those niches are hot ... several are not. They may get a lot of traffic but don't convert worth a darn.

      A hot niche niche is one that converts and does not have a lot of competition. The traffic also has money to spend. Your best converting niches tend to be ones focused around baby boomers. Enough said ...
