Default Quick question about RSS feed submission

I'm about to submit my feed to some RSS agreggators, and was just wondering what exactly to submit. On my homepage I have 2 RSS icons:-

My Website (Feedburner feed I set up a few weeks ago)

http://www.mywebsite.net/feed

Which one is the best option? Or does it not matter?

The feedburner feed is better because it allows you to do way more things, like tracking for instance.

Anyways, your second link = 404

You can submit your blog's URI to Kping.com which will submit your blog to 60 blog directories and...

...you can use pingler.com to submit your rss feed URL to over 90 RSS ping services/directories.

If you like, you can take the ping directories listed at pingler.com and plug them into your wordpress update function for your RSS feeds.

Hope This Helps!!
