Help valid email link on the website not working

Hi

I'm using a gmail address as a support email on my site but when someone tries to click on that and send an email they are not able to reach me. I have checked the spelling. What else could be wrong.

    I'm not real sure, but I use a contact form on all of my sites. It's free, looks more professional, protects you from spam, and it works well. Here's the one I use: Email Me Form™ - HTML Forms, Web Forms, PHP Forms
