What's the best way to get feedback?

Hey all! I have been working on a product for some time now. I released a report a few months back, and have two videos available and have promised one per week until the product is finished.

I have had a couple hundred folks sign up for the report and maybe 20% of them have at least clicked over to the videos...

I have asked for feedback at all levels and have yet to receive any.

So I worry that the product sucks and I can't tell...

I am willing to "smarten-up" or "dumb-down" the product as necessary, but without feedback I am unsure of the knowledge level of my audience.

So...

1 - How do you get feedback from your customers? What seems to work?
2 - I see lots of folks putting their products on WF for advice and suggestions, and I would love to do the same... but don't want to be accused of "pimping my s**t"...

I am currently cash poor so a WSO is unfortunately beyond my financial means for another month or so... and I hate to keep building a product if it sucks or has no market.

Any ideas? or tips on WF etiquette?

Appreciate the help! Love this place!

Peace,
Alan

Understood... however I have been out of work for well over a year... all the credit cards are maxed and I haven't paid rent in a few months...

So $20 is real money to me...

I start a new job on Monday... but it will be a few weeks before I see a paycheck...

So I don't have $20 to spare until then (of course even then it won't be spare LOL)

      See my conundrum?

      Peace,
      Alan
