Work 80% percent and read 20% percent
Be sure to make the work first
Of course you cannot make 100$ per day easy but if you are consistent in working hard in few months you can achieve that

Just working hard is not going to cut it

Work hard in a SYSTEMATIC way

    How?

Build on your core competencies while you're working - don't reinvent the wheel each time

Look for efficiencies and boost your output while hitting a rising quality standard

Working hard is HARD not because it is physically demanding

Working hard is A CHALLENGE for most people because it involves changing their MINDSET

With the right mindset, working hard is FUN and MEANINGFUL

  • And just delegate the tasks you hate. No point in forcing yourself to work on tasks you don't like, You're wasting time and money on it. Spend time on tasks you like and make more money from it.

    Not hard but SMART!

Doing what you like is important and delegation is as well.
But you must be sure that what you are doing WILL effect your efforts positively.
Learning and testing are other vital considerations. You must be SURE that doing A + B will = C. Most people will be highly motivated when they KNOW a process WILL work.

Then it's a matter of scaling up and out (assuming you started locally of course).

Fun, detached, generous work did it for me. Def put in that time buddy but enjoy the ride, ease up as you work and things come together for you. I do hear you on working though. Succeeding online is like succeeding offline; work intelligently, generously and......a lot!

Yeah have to find the balance. I've seen many people who work hard online and they go nowhere. You have to figure out what is working and try to find a way to build a system around it.

Building systems is how you are going to make more money over the long run. Start thinking in systems what in your business can you make into a system and when you have enough money you start delegating that task.

Working hard is good but without proper direction, you're just spinning your wheels.

Yes, I agree with you. It is all about working hard. In fact, you need to put in more hours at the start before you can start making any money. Nothing comes served on a silver platter

I totally agree. Too many people get stuck in "research mode" and never end up actually starting. This can be deadly.

The sooner people start doing the work the more they will learn.
