We're in the process of ensuring all our domains and IPs are seen as "clean" ( for a lack of a better description ) and to even remove one domain from a few blacklists.
In that effort, I came across a page ( not affiliated in anyway ) that gives some pretty solid tips on how to get delisted from certain key blacklists:
