ROFL.. I Just Saved 3 Hours Niche research!

I was interested in a fairly specialised niche market so
I began by using Google to search for a few long tail
keyword phrases. Into search number three and I find
one of the major competitors site. I look more closely
at the "partners" area and there right in front of me is
their list of keywords, preformatted emails, example
adwords adverts, together with a list of forums, a list
of related authority sites and popular blogs!

Moral of the story..

If you want to get into a niche.. look for JV, partner and
affiliate pages on your competitor sites

If you are a leader in a specific niche market, be careful
who gets access to your research information!

The web is truly an amazing place full of information. A lot of it available if you just know what to look for. I am picturing warriors all over the web as we speak, diligently searching through their competitiors websites. Thank you for the post.

It's mind-boggling that business professionals don't bother to
protect their proprietary information, online or otherwise.

It is not work that kills men, it is worry. Work is healthy; you can hardly put more on a man than he can bear. But worry is rust upon the blade. It is not movement that destroys the machinery, but friction.

The truth is, everything that you could possibly want, in order to help you
with your business, is right out there in the open.

Salescopy is one of the best examples.

Creating a new product in the acne niche?

Go look at the top selling acne products at Clickbank and read the sales
letters. See how they're laid out. Analyze what makes them tick.

The biggest secret in the world that not everybody gets is that there ARE
      no secrets.

I agree John - as someone whos just across the shugh - not enough letters to spell that right! (let them figure that out) - I do a lot of research - it scares me what people leave lying out on the pavement for anyone to pick up!

Unfortunately that's the good and bad about the Internet. If for example, you want to learn how to write the best e-mails just sign up for John Reese, Jeff Walker, Frank Kern or any other experts in the field email list.on

Just create a swipe file and reverse engineer them. If youwant to learn how to do a product launch... just go back and find all the e-mails sent out by Jeff Walker and all his affiliates and you will have the product launch e-mail sequence.

Sometimes we all (including myself) get caught up in trying to find the next magic formula or solution. In reality, there isn't any, it's really all about taking one concept and doing it.

Yes, it is important to stay up to date that's why I use Google alerts. I just create alerts for John Reese, Michael Masterson or any other guru that I wish to track and I let Google do all the work.

Same thing is true in a niche market.

If I want to find out more about fat loss or weight loss I just set up alerts for those keywords.

When I am ready to write an article I don't have to go looking for information I already have it in front of me.

          Hi John

I did exactly the same thing but didn't tell anyone as I thought it would be a criminal offence, (offense? Ohfense?).

I found a clickbank product that gave me too much help as regards keywords, autoresponder series and much much more.

i'm still not sure i feel good about this. OK I feel bad about this!

When the stuff is out there why wouldn't I use the info?
