Hi Guys,

Want to know where is the best place to start? Learning copywriting? Marketing stratagies i.e traffic methods, list building, product creation?

As you can see from my headline I believe in qualifying.

Not ever going to give up, just need some direction.

    I'm not an experienced marketer, so I'll just regurgitate what the gurus tell me:

    1. If you have no money, article marketing.
    2. If you have a little bit of money, make your own product then use seo and affiliates to get traffic.
    3. if you have craploads of money to start with, learn adwords. or outsource 1 and 2.

    From my personal IM experience...if you can write you can make money. The thing is...what are you going to use your writing ability for?

    The most profitable method towards making money online is IMO...product creation.

    Once you've learned copy writing, create a couple of very valuable free products, create a website w/ a lead capture, give away your product, and build a list.

    Then give away MORE free useful/valuable information to the individuals on your list.

    Do this for awhile, as you work on your first big product....when you're done with your first big product, you will then have a list of people who have a valuable relationship w/ you and you can now successfully sell your product.

    The best ways to drive traffic to your site is through SEO, forums, blogs, and many of the other methods listed in this forum (it is seriously FULL of them!) twitter, facebook, etc.

    I suggest that, you focus on only one these... elements listed above. It's impossible to become great at all of those. Copywriting takes a lifetime, to really become good at. If you want to excel, in this area then pay a visit, to the copywriting section of the warrior forum.

    If you are into traffic generation, then pay a visit to the seo/ppc section of the forum. Product creation and listbuilding are discussed in the main section of the forum.

    I would say the best place to start would be to create a blog about yourself & maybe something about internet marketing.

    From that blog, you can start to build relationships with people. Link your blog to Social Networking sites and begin to create a solid resource for people to use.

    By doing this you will not only start with a solid foundation, but you will also be in the position to learn from what it is you are writing about on your blog.

    Don't get me wrong, you're not going to make any money form your blog, but you will start to meet people and get yourself known.
