What blog software should I use on my site.

I want to add a blog in the back end of my site and I was wondering what software should I use to do this. The e-book I am selling my wife does everyday and she finds great finds, you can image the money she makes doing this. She bought a purse for 2 dollars and sold it for $500 because is was alligator. So instead of auto blogging I thought I can have her blog once a day about her finds.

Also if anyone knows a good script to add when they leave to send them to the blog would be great also.

I don't know what the hell you're talking about but I'd echo Suzzane. Actually, don't even bother giving others a thought.

So what do you think is good to use?

What about quickblog from godaddy. I used it before and I thought just using it again. Any thought on that.

You can also get loads of add-ons and free templates for it and make it look however you want it to look, which might be nothing like the standard "Blogger look" (I find that nearly all Wordpress blogs look like "Wordpress blogs", myself). Here's an example (not one of mine) of what self-hosted Blogger can look like, added on to someone's website.

Its hosted on godaddy already, what is wrong with godaddy?

But, Wordpress has all the plugins and it takes care of most of the SEO.

I would've believed Blogger did that before Matt Cutts himself said it.

But, yeah, you can't compare the learning curve. Wordpress is a kind of a challenge if you're a technophobe. Not very hard, but not a cakewalk either.

I know there's a cult of devotion to WordPress - and I use
it sometimes myself - but I think it's significantly harder
to learn than WP boosters want to admit.

Blogger is pretty darned easy to use. Which is right for
you depends on your goals. The truth about having a
highly visible blog (in SEO terms) is that you'll get a ton
of comment spam. I know a lot of folks feel getting a lot
of random traffic to your blog is the idea of having one -
but that's not true of every situation.

Yeah, probably - I cannot say whether you will find it
easy to install or not. I don't know how your hosting
    is set-up.

If you want your blog to look just like your site that's
    a theme-design issue.

How about this, I get a pop up script that when they leave it can take them to the blog. So what would you suggest for blog software then.

Whatever you feel up to learning how to install and
manage. Blogger is much easier to learn.

If I do a blog I want to own it, not let blogger get all the traffic.
