I wouldn't just "Google It"

I know someone that got stung for a £2k bill for Googlein an image for copyright infringement!

stock.xchng - the leading free stock photography site

Make sure to read the T&Cs though! There is another site around, an awesome site that was posted last week in a thread, try the search tool!

You can also try photobucket.com and freedigitalphotos.net.
When you search for royalty free stuff at Flickr and the Google advanced search, you will get some results too maybe.
