Don't Forget To Laugh

This is in response to myself, not to anything I'm seeing in anyone here, ok? It's just so easy to forget to have fun sometimes. I don't even mean taking time away from your business to get out and do "real life" stuff. Sure, that's important, but I mean having fun IN your business. I don't know about you, but I don't want to do something just to make money if it sucks the joy out of living. And for me, the joy part has a lot to do with having fun, joking around, and generally not taking myself or what I do too seriously.

I don't know, maybe this was better off in my blog and not here. But I thought it was an important reminder for anyone trying to make money online. We only get one of these here life things, ya know? I really want to keep the fun in it as often as I can, while still being able to put bread on the table and keep a roof over our heads.

Peace out, players.

John

    I second that thought John.

If you can not make it fun, at least make it interesting.

I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you. I'm not in the mood for murder today. I'll tell you tomorrow. Make out your will tonight. That is all.

        PS - Shut it, Gergets.

Real internet marketers don't laugh in reaction to humour. We just hold up a card that says 'LOL'. You can tell when we're getting really raucous because then it says 'ROFL'

So true, John. That's why I say sometimes you have to make your own fun. I know that's not original, but it's a great thing to remember. Now stop telling Gergets to shut it, I already miss the big ol' smile from her old avatar.

I think everybody needs this post...because everybody needs to loosen up a bit. Sometimes we get so consumed with the rat race we forget that hey - we are working from home

      Perspective please ...

That is exactly what attracted me to internet marketing in the first part. The internet lifestyle was presented (at least to me) as a fun way to work and live. Then I started and became very focused on my business and making as much money as I could and forgot exactly why I was attracted to this industry to start.

I admit I still need to inject more fun into my business!

Thanks for the awesome reminder though!!!!
