Which page is best to social bookmark

I have an account with Live Journal and want to place a bookmark with the social bookmarking sites. Which page would it be best to bookmark out of the following.

My profile page or the page that shows my journal entry.

Any replies will be greatly appreciated

    Hello Kim:

    Regarding social bookmarking, if your home/profile page is useful to visitors of social bookmarking sites then I would bookmark it along with the journal entry (whatever page it's on). The piece of content itself is most important.

    If you have your pages interlinked. You could bookmark as many as possible in hopes of the guiding the customer to your main content page.
