Web designers: Help and advice needed.

I dont know if this is the right section to post this. I got an offer from a client to design a soccer betting website, fully secured and right now Im a bit confused as to what Id use. Could any fellow warriors in the house help out on this? I would like to know the CMS, how I can secure it, if there are any templates available, and any other information that might be helpful. Thank You so much!!

    be able to do with this job.

    Did you take a proper brief from your client knowing what he wants?

    Dude if youre going to be handling credit card transactions then you'd better know what youre doing. If not, dont accept the job.

    However if you *do* decide to take it on, be sure to use contracts! You can get a basic starter pack below. This will cover you incase of any potential disputes.

    so sorry been busy with work all day. I do basic web designing as a hobby using dreamweaver and Ive setup a few sites and forums using fantastico. The site in question wouldn't involve credit cards the payment system would be manual. The client actually wants something similar to .: Login.
