Ah, and can you kindly tell me the easiest way to take a template that was created for wordpress, and turn a page into an html page that can function independently from the blog? (meaning put it on a completely different site. )

Install the theme and try opening a page/post in a browser > right-click > View source ==> save it as a html file.

Probably, you will have to check the paths for images & stylesheet... but it should work.

Istvan, this is great. Really easy read for something so technical. WP used to scare me s*****ss. Luckily, I have very good wp geek who also happens ot be a very good friend so eventually, I can now say, I'm pretty good with the simple stuff in there and dare even risk messing with (teeny tiny bits) php code.

But I love how easy you've made this. Pretty soon, the world will be overflowing with wp geeks. :p
