The Secret to the Secret is that there is no Secret! The Secret is YOU!

"The Secret to the Secret Ingredient is that there is no secret ingredient!"

This is was the dad of the panda said in Kung Fu panda movie. There was no secret ingredient to the food, but since the panda believed that his dad put some secret ingredient, he believed that the food was special and it became really special.

Now why am I posting this in an Internet Marketing forum? Looking back, this has a lot to do with my success in Internet Marketing.

The IM guru's extraordinary claims has made me believe that Internet Marketing can be very lucrative. I never bought IM guru's products online, but reading their sales letters again and again I came to believe that making 5 or 6 figure income online is really possible... and they also made me believe that it can be achieved easily.

If not for those extraordinary sales letters, I would have joined a job long back. Now looking back, I realize that I have done a lot of hard work for succeeding in IM but only from other people's perspective.

For me it has always been easy because I believed that it was easy BECAUSE THE GURUS SAID SO!

I thank all the gurus (when real or not) for those crafty sales letters. It instilled a belief in me which helped me win in IM. And it has nothing to do with the products! I never bought them... I got everything for free from forums like these.

Now don't take me wrong. I am not saying not to buy info products. I just want to say that your success depends more on what you believe than the actual information in the info products. If you believe something so hard, it will find its way to you!

If you do not believe that IM can be lucrative, then you cannot make money with even the best information in the world.

You admit you never bought one ... how do you form an educated opinion?

And for all those people that are convinced there are no secrets online ... why are you not taking the truth ( since it is public record) and making the same as others are ?

There are people who know the secret, no one will ever see at the next big launch, making more money than all those trying to convince themselves there is no secrets .

But I could be wrong ... or could I ?

Well maybe he was just crafty and used torrents and other sneaky methods. After all, that's how people get things without buying them. Maybe that's what he meant?

    I agree with you Deepak.

Well, for me the only secret is within ourselves. We believe what we believed in and we do what we think is right.

I think that other guy summed it up better in a lot less words.

Their sales letters may convince you of that, but a lot of work goes into it. And even if the top Internet marketer in the world spilled the beans on exactly how they made their money, most people who learned their "secret" still couldn't make a dime because of one thing: Execution!

That's where things fall apart for most people. I don't care how many "secrets" someone knows, if they can't execute, it means nothing.

But like you said, Deepak, if you don't believe in yourself first and foremost, it is unlikely things will ever fall into place for your.

Rod... Troy... you guys posting before having your coffee?

    Grumpy... grumpy...grumpy...

Geez... give the guy a break. He's saying he succeeded
because he believed in himself and worked to earn his success.

And... in my opinion... he revealed the only secret anyone
    ever needs to know.

You're absolutely right Tsnyder. I've re-read the OP and for some reason this paragraph escaped me.....

Now don't take me wrong. I am not saying not to buy info products. I just want to say that your success depends more on what you believe than the actual information in the info products. If you believe something so hard, it will find its way to you!

So I'm going to eat my own words and apologize. Deepak, my apologies, I misunderstood your post. Your point about believing in yourself is critical to success. I mistook your post for another that I had just read, it sometimes happens before I drink my coffee and am toggling between 4 web browsers.

Actually, in re-reading your original post I found your perspective a refreshing one because you're stating that these sales letters actually gave you confidence that you could do this, even though you didn't buy their products. I have found when coaching others in the past that if they didn't have belief in themselves their success was highly unlikely.

Like Eric Louviere always says, it starts with mindset and belief is a huge part of that.

Now this time, I've made sure I got my coffee in my bloodstream........I hope you put the vodoo doll of me away.

There is really no secret but yourself. Very well written. If you
stop believing there is no success, then it will never come to you. You must believe it's there and go to it.
