If you had $130.000 dollars how would you guys use it? A new car? Invest Half of it in your business? Or a vacation?

$30,000 to pay off debts(student loans)
$70,000 invested in a managed futures fund
$5,000 for my online business budget
$25,000 to pay off more debts(more student loans)

put some toward my business
donate some toward charity
go to Walt Disney World with my family before the kids get too old.

I would add it to my pension stamp portfolio i could see that my pensions that i had been payinto for years was not going to give me a good lifestyle when i retired so i pulled it all out some years back and invested in 2 additional properties and a superb stamp portfolio both of these i feel will give me a better return than a normal pension.

Invest $10k in media buying to test stuff.

After that spend $50k on my proven converting offers and triple my money in 2 weeks.

  This is the best answer, if you actually want to make real money. Media buys are soooo much better than adwords. Ive just started to dabble in them myself and the potential so far is incredible. With $130K you could easily make a million in 6 months once you get the campaign dialed in.
  
  MrMatt also makes a great point, lend that money out, however you wont necessarily get the home, it all depends on which mortgage position you are in. If you had 1st position then ya, if not you might not get anything including your money.

I would set aside enough money to finish putting myself through college. I would buy a car, because I STILL don't have one

. I would get an apartment for myself and my girlfriend and furnish it, invest a couple grand to start a retirement fund, and use whats left to grow my business.

Why do you ask? Are you going to give me 130k???

Sorry but I cant, if I owned a bank I would make sure everyone has no debt. Abolish the whole credit and debt based system.

I would lend it out as a private money loan earning 12%. Max loan to value would be 50%. Now I have monthly cash flow of $1300. I love cash flow. And if they default I get the home at $.50 on the dollar.
