My recommendation would be to get a job with the flexibility that will still allow you to care for your uncle.

As far as selling that eBook - I might use it as a list building tool - give it away for free and then use the list to promote debt reduction stuff which has plenty of high paying CPA offers on just about every major network.

Top Level Solution:

1. You need targeted traffic
2. You need a Sales Page that converts

There are many solutions to the targeted traffic problem including PPC (though I would not advise a newbie to try it without proper research), article marketing, seo and indeed many other methods. There is a ton of advice on this forum about how to get targeted traffic for free.

With regard to the conversions problem, you need a Sales Page that gets the desired action; which may or may not be a sale - it could simply be a sign-up. You could then do the real selling in an autoresponder sequence. Offering a quality gift in return for an email address is often method that allows access to this route.

Either way - selling via the Sales Page or via the autoresponder sequence - requires you get better at copywriting. Again, there is a ton of material here that can help.

So, you need to get some research done in these two areas. You have to keep tweaking and testing; measuring your results and realising that your results are always telling you something.

At present your results are telling you that your approach is not working, but what is it that is not working - more specifically - is it traffic or conversions? Identify the issue and work on it.
