Autoresponder Emails- How to structure url Folders of Affiliate + Free products

I have quite a bit autoresonder series for where I am providing free goodies (videos, articles, blog posts) and affiliate links to some affiliate ebook products.

I am going to host these videos, articles, affiliate products on my domain, but I am just a bit confused to how to structure my folders for these free items, and affiliate links

So for example I have these, which will be scattered in the autoresponder series (the order etc isnt important):
Video 1
Video 2

Blog post 1
Blog post 2

Article 1
Article 2

Affiliate recommendation 1
Affiliate recommendation 2
Affiliate recommendation 3
Affiliate recommendation 4

I was thining of keeping 2 folders: Recommends (affiliate redirects) and GIFT (Free gifts, videos, etc)

so Affiliate link 1 2 and 3 would be like -
www.My-Domain.com/recommends/162 (affiliate page 1)
www.My-Domain.com/recommends/342 (affiliate page 2)
www.My-Domain.com/recommends/635 (affiliate page 3)
(Which is a simple page which redirects to the affiliate sales page in 5 seconds)

(I used 162, 342, 635 so the subscribers will be able to predict urls of these Affilate links before they receive that email)

As for the Free items (videos, articles etc) I am thinking of having a separate folder, called Gifts
www.My-Domain.com/Gifts/video1
www.My-Domain.com/Gifts/Audio1
www.My-Domain.com/Gifts/Article2
www.My-Domain.com/Gifts/BlogPost3

so a recommend folder for affiliates redirects, and a Gift folder for my premiums,

But then i thought, they would eventually get used to this and know that recommends = a paid product, and gift = a free premiums, so thought could this have a negative affect in anyway?

(by the fact that they Know what the link is going to be, a paid product or freebie, the suprise WONT be there).

I want to prevent them predicting what the link will be showing, a free item or a paid program...I think ?

Here is where I am confused:
Is this a common and good way to structure the folders? How do you guys do it? or you would suggest somthing else?

Is this how it is usually done from an Autoresponder Copywriting perspective, separating affiliate links from free products?

Or should I just place everything in 1 big folder ?

Thank You!

Yeah you probably want to cloak your links. I would just go to tinyurl.com and change the links, and use those instead.

thanks, I will cloak my links, but i am also mainly asking about the FREEBIE url/folder on my site, and the Affiliate url on the site.

should i keep affiliate products in 1 type of folder, and free ones in free?
        eg

        www.mydomain.com/affiliates/2

        www.mydomain.com/freebie/3

-then they can predict what the link will be

or all in one, and mix it up?

Which one is most commonly used? and why?
