Free Website in a Good Niche

Hey guys.

I have decided I seriously do not have enough time to run my blog:

Freelance For Money

The reason is that I have another venture that is going amazing and needs my 1000% attention. My wife has told me to get rid of ANY distractions.

Of course, what a distraction is to me may be an opportunity to someone else.

I was looking at selling the blog and to be honest I haven't even got the time to do that.

So here's the deal. If you can convince me below you have the creativity and determination to take this site forward and grow it and look after the subscribers that I have, you can have it (and the twitter and youtube account that go with it)...

Best answer wins.

    Hey Chris,

Nice son you got there. You should leave the site to him as he can follow in your footsteps. I have tried to download you ebook but the sign-up don't seem to work.

If you should decide to give this site me I will take care of it without doing any changes to it but first check out all the information you posted on You tube and then add onto the content you already presented.

For a new marketer like my self it will be of much value as I can use the resources here to help me with a more stable online income as that is my main source currently.

What a generous offer to give it away.

Would love the opportunity to own the site and work it. You did a good job starting things up and I can think if some exciting adds to enhance what you have started.

I have done a considerable amount of freelancing so I believe I could add valuable insight to the effort.

Not only that - but I love helping people and add value to their life and I believe I could do that with this blog.

Look forward to your response as well as learning about your new venture.

        God Bless

Would you object to someone taking the site in a different direction -- leaning more towards freelance writing, for instance?

Well, I certainly have the creativity and determination to grow and nurture the site, but I don't have specific knowledge on the situations that are specific to freelance designers.

Right now, I'm planning an extensive free training course, including Youtube videos, for freelance writers. I'll be answering common questions and guiding writers from $0 or content mills to a decent income.

Having an established "home base" to do so would help enormously. I'd like to provide content that will help freelancers in general, but I simply don't know as much about designing as I do about freelance writing.

I am a disabled vet on a fixed income. I am divorced and anything I can do to help myself and others I will do. I am home all day and I am just getting started. I have the time and the drive to make it continue to work!

      Thanks.

Maybe it's time for a few of us to look at projects or sites we have that in someone elses hands would do a load better?

I had some more thoughts to share with regards to the direction to take the blog. Freelancing is such a broad topic and has many directions you can go in. One of the directions that could use more direction is using freelancers.

Getting started is tough for some especially for those that are attempting to break into the field of being coming an Internet marketer. A common concern is how do you know what to ask for? Also, if you are new with no experience how to hire freelancer to do a project for yourself and have some level of assurance you are getting what you really need as a finish project.

There are most certainly some tips and tricks to be shared and information to be provided with all the various aspects of dealing with freelancing.

If you are in the position of looking for projects to do or projects to be done in the various aspects of the topic including article writing, product creation, video customization, etc.

It is almost an endless topic that you can explore the reader with good old fashion valuable content.

The other aspect is creating forms to help guide the individual in submitting a project or in taking in clients. There is a level of protection needed both ways.

    What about the management aspects?

Ok, before I go into writing an article on the direction of the blog...I will wish you well in making your decision.

BTW - do you have any idea when you will be making your final decision?

One of the marketing ploys you see being used by Internet Marketers these days is to give away value for free. This can be applied to any business in order to get get testimonials fast from which to promote the business and build customers and clients. Offering to do a commission for free is one of the best ways to get referrals and repeat business if you prove to do a good job.

This is a mini-course I would include on this site to give freelancers in design a helping hand to getting established fast.

Your free e-book is a good giveaway to start with, and to offer a free course to show freelancers how to say have an article writing business set up in just a couple of weeks would be a excellent way of promoting this site even more.
Article writing is the easiest of all businesses to get started and if anyone does not want to begin with article writing then the same principles could be applied to any other niche design business.

I would offer a service whereby the freelancers taking the mini-course get the testimonials they need to promote their business. Testimonials are essential proof for any business and this is one of the hurdles to overcome at the start.

This is my suggestion for taking this website forward and ensure that it gets a good home.

This is a very generous offer. I have come to realize that it is members like you that make this site truly amazing. I am only a few months into the internet marketing realm and I truly find it very interesting. I am a teacher by trade. I decided to get into blogging at first to direct traffic to my affiliate projects, but the reality is that I found out that I liked blogging even more! I have literally put hours and hours into my posts, and ironically many of my topics are in the same niche as your blog. If I was to take over your blog, I will guarantee that the creativity and determination you have enshrined in your site will be upheld with the upmost integrity. I am a teacher, so I plan, I do, I succeed!
