An Inexpensive or Pay-per-use or (free) Webinar Platform?

I am planning a webinar to get started (to train myself on hosting webinars), I have seen many platforms like "Gotowebinar" but they charge too much for what I can pay.
I would like to know if there is a platform, not too expensive or maybe Free?
It would be ideal for me if there is something like "pay per use", I mean, without monthly fees. You pay what you use.
I'd appreciate more information.
