I'm doing my 1st podcast - Anyone recommend pod host or all in one site

I need a bit of help. The title pretty much explains my problem. I was going to use podango but they no longer exist *sigh* and I'm just wondering if there are any other good podhosting site you good people can recommend. I would prefer an podcasting all in one site pod hosting or pod rss is welcome.

oh...another thing. The podcast a video I've converted to an mp3 that wouldn't be a problem for the pod hosting site would it?
