What's your next step?

As a business owner, you always have to be on your toes and know what the next step is going to be. If you don't plan ahead, you can lose your momentum and sometimes in worst case even stall. No one likes to go from making $50-100/day then all of a sudden there's no where to go.

Just to make sure everyone has a plan for what they are doing with their business, I wanted to see what your next step is.

I currently have 12 niche sites running smoothly that sell affiliate products. My next step is to create a product for each of these niches and switch it out with the affiliate product. That way I can build affiliates for my products. This way I can not only pull traffic with my already established niche sites, but build even more income by the use of other marketers.

I already have the next 10 steps planned after this as well, but I've found it's best to focus on one thing at a time.

So, what's your next step in building your business. Even if you are just starting out or well established, I want to hear it.

After the 25th May (My final exam EVER) I will build at least 200 niche sites.
Once that is done, I'm heading for offline consulting and them building my
empire from there. Not sure what's after that but seeing as I'm a people person
I can see this leading onto seminar and coaching. Voila

BTW how is your offline consulting going? I remember that wicked thread
you made about offering free info to business owners...Are you still doing free
    seminars? Clients keeping you busy?

Yea, its rocking right now. That's mostly why I've slowed down on expanding my niches and I'm just enhancing the ones I already have. The offline market is so much easier to conquer these days. It's such a new thing that now is the time to really build your empire.

I definitely am still doing the seminars. I don't do many free ones anymore though. I'm getting called to do these seminars now instead of having to put them together myself. I have a big one coming up at Vanderbuilt University this upcoming week. It should be my largest yet. They are estimating 150 people. Doesn't sound giant, but that's huge for me lol.

I'm actually thinking of creating a physical location here in Nashville and just form a marketing firm. I think it might be my ticket to my millions.

Good luck getting involved with the offline market. Being a people person has definitely helped me. It's much easier then this internet thing lol. If you can make money with the internet, you can definitely pull a good income by getting out there in your local area.

Let me know if you have any questions. I'm sure we can bounce some ideas off each other that can be beneficial for us both.

I'm still new to Internet Marketing, however after going through the initial information overload and analysis paralysis I realize that the key is really to focus on one thing, when you find something successful stick with it. And nothing is wrong with experimenting/tweaking what others have had success with. It's innovation hehe.

Definitely. Focusing on the most important step will help you progress at a level in which you will keep the momentum going.

I had the same problem when starting out. There is so much to learn in this game it can hurt .
