Twitter Is Not What It Used To Be

I wonder what has happened? They have more users than ever, yet I've seen a noticeable decrease in ROT --- "Return on Time "

Any ideas why the effectiveness of it has decreased so much...even though user numbers are up?

Yeah because they put in the new rule of removing the possibility of twitter automation. Buzzom.com is out, however you can still get about 100-200 followers a day through refollow.com. Also you probably have social oomph already so i dont have to go into detail on that, but i dont really spend too much time on my twitter. I leave it on automatic. But they have gotten a bit more stringent about it. I still am doing it though. Just trying to differentiate myself from spam.

I know I'm not alone when I say that this was simply bound to happen. Twitter, to their credit, is learning that straying too far from their original roots or intent would actually sting their bottom line.

I don't really have a problem of getting followers. I have some methods that work well. The problem is that the followers are not nearly as responsive as they were back when twitter was newer.

I'm finding twitter better than ever - much more responsive than in the past.

I tweeted earlier and over a dozen people retweeted me within 15 minutes.

Edit: I just checked and actually there were 20 retweets in 2 minutes. I just didn't want to overstate it when I posted so I rounded it down.

Twitter is great for an influx of blog traffic when I post a link. Other than that, it's pretty blah.

I've found Twitter to be very effective. Make sure you use hash tags.

I am finding twitter is better than before. They stop many automation tools.
Twitter is the second traffic for me.

    Thanks.
