Recommended Outsourcing Company?

Hi,

I am looking for an outsourcing company
that does ALL things INSTEAD of hiring
individuals for single tasks.

DO you know of any recommded ones?

I found Web Promotion Leader in Web Design - Logo Design - Search Engine Marketing - Mulitmedia
to be of a good one.

But anything else?

List the niche, BJ, so you don't screw around and play head games, like you did with my team and I, getting free set up over a weekend, no less, when we don't even work those hours normally. Not everyone is into porn and gambling, and you need to ask this up front, or risk pissing them off as you did my team and me, especially when this info is on my sites and in my threads here. And I already told you this, yet you still are playing games, I see.

I volunteer at local prisons, trying to help people who get caught up in that crap, and found your communications and project handling like that very offensive. Even here you still ignore the niche you want help in, and are trying to play naïve again, when I told you that doesn't go over with outsource teams.

To other outsoucing teams / VAs, etc. out there:

My 2-cent advice: do not waste any time, funds or anything on these project bids if you are not into the gaming / porn industry. Nor does he want you to get upset that you've wasted time and funds on his crap, as he doesn't want confrontations, yet is in that type industry (go figure). So do get all that scoop up front, and don't let him play "naïve newbie" games with your team and you, because he's NOT a "naïve newbie," and now you know. I sure hate to see fellow VAs and outsource teams get messed up in his crap, as we did, so trying to help. Feel free to email for more info.

And BJ, there are gentlemen in those niches, and you are not acting like one. A gentleman knows, especially after being told, to ask upfront and not waste so much communication, project and other time, funds and resources, trying to trick or screw the outsouce people out of hard work and other resources. Outsource teams already work hard enough, and need some respect and certainly no game-playing. Either speak up, or shut up and don't mess with VAs and outsource teams. Because that is just not right. Even ladies in those niches act better. Yes, even a girl! So learn to approach your niche(s) in an appropriate manner, or you will more than likely get more wrath and confrontation from people you abuse and tick off.

Yes, I have a lottery and dating niche. So if anyone knows for outsourcing
companies that help lottery & dating niche, please let me know.

I didn't have idea that some outsourcing companies do not promote gambling. I didn't have that problem outsourcing individuals through rentacoder, elance, guru.com and so forth.

    Thanks
    BJ

    HINT:

Don't confuse dating and porn, either. And don't even use the word, "minister" in with a dating site, saying you are even trying to do this for a church, then show an outsource group or person a site with nude photos of women. That is not dating, in any religion, especially when the keywords, "pimp secrets," or something similar, are in the URL." Again, this could very well trigger confrontation, so no game-playing. VAs and outsource teams work very hard and do not need that junk.

Either address your niche head on, or get out of it. If you cannot show the content to sweet, elderly grandmas, and you are too uptight /shy/ into games yourself, etc. to mention it upfront yourself, you don't belong there. There are thousands of other niches out there. And there are thousands and more inmates who wished they'd done something else. Ask them sometime. Volunteer in your area.

I'm sure some other VAs and outsource teams could come here and report on the totally ridiculous communications they get in all forms: phone, email, PMs, chats...you name it, on these topics. I mean get to the point up front, what is your niche?

I mean if you sell clothing or info products about dog training, would you like someone to waste your time with emails, calls, etc. beating all around the bush, then ordering, only to say something totally off the wall like, "Oh, but doesn't this dog training guide have how to do it with people (sex-related)?" Or, "doesn't this t-shirt come with the model wearing it?"

I mean get a grip. I've been to IM events and have been asked point blank by other IMers, some well known, if my team and I write porn. I respect that they ask outright, and don't play games. And they respect when I say, "No." And we've even still worked on projects together (not those, of course).

So either get with the program, or get out of it, is my advice. If you're too ashamed to ask and have to play games, waste time, money and work by a third party, forget you. When enough people do that to you, you'll understand.

And trust me, this topic has come up a lot lately, with it being voting time and people wanting gambling brought into town. I sat in a meeting on that, recently, and big shots boasted how great it would be for the community. Of course the "minister" there agreed. I told them this,

"When a prostitute gets on a crowded bus and there are no seats, are you going to give your seat up for her? They do not do this in Las Vegas. Although I did, for one wearing spiked heals who was going to fall during turns and hurt herself ; I had tennis shoes on and said I was sure these other "kind" folks wouldn't mind moving over.(they totally ignored her, men included.)

And I asked how would they raise their sons in this town, too? My son KNOWS he better treat all women like ladies. Period. If he doesn't give up his seat, and I notice or hear about it, he'll be sorry.

No one would address these issues, yet they come up. The minister remained totally quiet on these, and refused to address them when I asked him point blank what he thought Jesus would do (he was a "Christian" minister.) No Bible expert here, but I do know Jesus always treated ALL women right.

So people here who are in the porn and gambling industries, heads up. Act like ladies and gentlemen in it, and treat others with the same respect. There's no reason to abuse anyone. Treat Vas and outsourcing teams with respect, too, or don't seek their services. Out of respect, treat others as you would a sweet elderly grandma - rule of thumb to go by, when in doubt.

I am hoping of course that this "Get with the program" post was not aimed at me! I see that it was posted 10 minutes after my summing up of the entire thread.

On the basis that your response is just general advice continued for the benefit of all thread readers, then I can appreciate your points as I did originally. If on the other hand, the post was aimed at my response, then may I suggest you change your approach.

I can appreciate as already stated, your feelings on wasted time, and money, but at the end of the day I think your messages to this point have hit their target. He may or may not accept or agree with them, but you have made your point very clear.

      just my 2 cents

Anyone should have a right to reject business that they do not want. I've seen some writers that say right up front, "no porn, no gambling, no religion" etc.

If a vendor is strongly against something, why would anyone want to engage them in the first place? Even if they agreed to do it, they would not be the best choice.

It really should be a quick "Do you work in {niche}" No? ok.. thank you.

Totally agree! Like any business arrangement, nobody should go against their moral or ethical boundaries, and also have the right to be told up front what they will be expected to do.

You said it, Scott, and I've yet to figure why all people don't just do that. I don't know if they want to try to "change" you or what? Like it would make them feel better about their niche?

Who knows. Anyone's guess. No shrink here
