What Are The Best Social Media Buys?

INTERNET MARKETING

I have been using traffic geyser which I believe is a social media buy, what else would be classed as a social media buy? If you had $5000 to spend on testing different marketing strategies so you could have a broad selection of pay to market strategies what would you do?
