Using Ping-O-Matic

I had a question in regards to using Ping-o-Matic.com

I have some article directories that I am submitting articles too and I am pinging the URL and RSS once it is posted.

On the Ping-o-Matic website it asks for the blog name. Is this the name of the site I am pinging or my site?

I always put in the name of the site I'm pinging. I'm not sure why you would put your own site in there.

You need to put the name of the site you want pinged.
