Where Can I Get A Membership Site Developed Cheap?

I'm looking to have a membership site developed in the internet marketing / PLR / Rights niche. I do not have ANY technical skills (I cannot FTP and have no site skills) so it would have to be a complete membership site set-up. I am not looking to buy a script...I've tried those and its too hard.

My budget is about $100.

Any suggestions on where I can get this?

Thankyou.

If you want one done properly, that $100 will get you a structured database setup (maybe). Depending on who you go to, a membership site can cost up to $3000+ easy. I wouldn't even do a 3 page static website for $100 let alone a full membership site.

Try and post the job on elance.com or rentacoder.com but don't expect very much even if someone takes you up on your offer!

All the membership sites I have built in the past have been done with Joomla. This is open source software that usually comes bundled with your website hosting package if you have Fantastico. Use the AEC plug-in to handle your subscribers, and fireboard to add a forum. Both can be downloaded for free. AEC can handle most payment processors including PayPal and 2co.

Joomla site templates are plentiful and mostly free.

Lots of people are put off by Joomla, but it's quite simple to use once you get your head around it. There are lots of videos on YouTube that show how to set it up etc.

You're going to need FTP of some description, though. Your local library or Internet cafe might be able to help.
