About posting in article directory

Hello, everyone. My name is Christina. I am a Russian lady, and a beginner of SEO .
3 basic questions.
1)I would like to post an article in 100 article directories with my website link.
My question is : can I post a same article in 100 different kind of article directories?
Or is it better to compose 10 different kind of article with same back link for 10 different kind of articles directories?
2) I have 1 month old, 1 year old, and 3 years old website without any backlinks.
I heard that if one site is built so many back links in a short period, Google will ban this site.
In one day, or in 1 week, how many backlink can I build up without getting a penalty from Google?

3) Concerning keyword density in source code, I learned the best keywords density is 7-10 %.
But in an article , how about the best anchor text density?
When I checked many anchor words (keyword in an article), usually 1.5-2.0%.

Why so small percentage?
Sorry my bad English. I hope you can understr5ahnd my English.

    Yes.

No, if you have 10 different articles, it would be better (for backlinks) to post all 10 of them to all 100 article directories.

But the benefits of each are pretty small, unfortunately.

There aren't 100 decent article directories. These will be "backlinks only". Almost all of them will be indexed only in Google's "supplementary index". There's nothing wrong or bad about that, and there's definitely no "penalty" for it. And it isn't "duplicate content" - it's "syndicated content".

But many of the backlinks won't be very good ones. Just reality, I'm afraid. Most will be on pr-0 pages, and many of them may not still exist in 6 months' time because low-quality article directories have a huge turnover, and most eventually disappear.

Article marketing is about very, very much more than this. This is just "backlinking", really - not "article marketing".

    It's nonsense.

Many people believe it, but it isn't true. It can't be. If it were true, then it would be the easiest thing in the world for people to abuse it to get all their competitors' sites banned. Google has some eccentricities, it's true, but nothing as crazy as that. Anyone who tells you that "backlinking too quickly" will get your site banned simply doesn't know what they're talking about. It's just a myth. (Many people believe it, though! )

    As many as you like.

But remember: good, helpful backlinks are from context-relevant, well-established, high-PR sites. Others are not nearly so much help.

This sounds ok. At Ezine Articles, if your keyword density is above 2%, their software won't actually let you submit the article. I think that's rather a good guideline, myself.
