I Have Secret Italian Receipts..How to make money?

I'm really really lucky, my mother and my sisters can cook some really amazing dishes. Most of what they make require some tricks and tips.

The dishes are italian, south italy to be precise, the best in Italy.

How can I make money with this super good dishes. Is there a big market for a receipts ebook?

I'm thinking for a joint venture. I write an ebook, and a good marketer can sell it.

    Yea, or you could also make a site with an introduction video, and then offer access to videos showing the cooking demonstrations. That might be more exciting than ebook.
