Hi, we`re newbies here but have an ebook weve written that has been approved to sell on WSO. Weve been advised to use Ejunkie as our tool for our customers. Weve uploaded the ebook to Ejunkie and have a paynow button on our sales page taking them to Paypal and thats where were stuck - we know how we can direct them from paypal to Ejunkie - but have no idea where exactly - anybody out there patient enough to take us through it step by step!!

Watching the thread with interest and wishing you well, because I see myself being in exactly that position some time! I would also want to use E-junkie and PayPal.

(Shouldn't the "pay now" button take them to E-junkie, rather than to PayPal? Don't listen to me, because I know nothing about this! ).

If you created a "buy now" button for paypal at ejunkie and then copied the script given - it will take you through paypal and to the download.

It sounds like you have already committed to using Ejunkie, but you might want to consider using WSO Pro. It makes the whole process of selling a WSO very easy. I'm not affiliated in any way with WSO Pro, but here is the link to WSO Pro in the Warrior Forum.

        WSO Pro

        Hope that helps!

Many people say this, and very clearly many people have some good experiences of using it.

My perspective is different. I haven't used it: my perspective is the common one of someone potentially planning a WSO - not right now this minute and not a specific one, in my case - and "wondering how one would take payment".

When I look through WSO threads (and I do this a lot, because I buy quite a lot of WSO's just because I like to "know what's going on"), apart from obviously all the general stuff about the subject-matter and so on, I'm looking specifically (and carefully) for two things:-

          1. Are there any comments in the thread from people who have bought the WSO as paying customers from that thread, have actually started using it, and say they're doing well with it?

          2. Are there posts from people who have paid and then encountered downloading/access/administrative difficulties?

I defy anyone to look through a couple of hundred WSO's with threads of reasonable length and many customers and not come to the conclusion that a very significant proportion of download/access/administrative problems have arisen when WSO-Pro has been used. Personally, I find it really offputting. And I know from other posts here that I'm far from being the only person who feels this way. If I tried it and some of my customers had these problems, I'd feel so stupid and that I ought to have known better. With no offense intended to anyone, I'm just saying.

E-junkie automatically uses PayPal. Simply use the link they give you in your WSO. The customer is taken to payment and then sent an email automatically with their download link.

This is also something I'm going to watch. I have a service now, but I'm not sure how well it will work, so glad to have other options. Thanks!

Like the above posters mentioned, if you have created a button on ejunkie with paypal, it'll seamlessly take the buyer from paypal to your download (after payment has been verified and passed. In case of e-check payment, e-junkie will wait till the payment passes before presenting them the download link)

You can test it out yourself, by creating a 100% discount code at e-junkie, and then using it on the paypal page and see for yourself how the process unravels.

    Good luck with your offer.

I feel your pain my friend. At the moment I'm having a problem getting my ejunkie and aweber account to work hand in hand with each other. I've emailed a dozen people, emailed Aweber and Ejunkie 5 times, bought an ebook that shows in exact detail how to set it up and even watched a video on how to set it up, but I'm still stuck.

I might check out that WSO Pro if I can get it to work with Aweber.

Well people, you are describing crucial problems at the very basic level of integration.
I mean if the payment process is not smooth and easy....why do you follow that path anyway?
Maybe one should ask "why did you go with e-junkie on the first place?"

Sorry to tell you but as an affiliate I really don't like their interface one bit and for my upcoming product I do not consider e-junkie.
    Am I missing something?

    • I use e-Junkie to sell ReviewAZON and have been since I launched it in 2009. It has been painless and easy to use. The affiliate integration and tracking has been excellent as well.

The documentation is really good and walks you through the entire setup process. I use Paypal as my payment processor and I also pay my affiliates through PayPal using the mass payment option.

When you setup your profile, you give your PayPal email address that will be used to receive payments.

Then, you go to Add Products and enter the information about your product to sell. It will ask you to upload the files for your product. I zip mine up and send them over to eJunkie using the upload tool on the add product page and also select single file download and let customers edit quantity in cart.

I also use the custom HTML Email message option to customize a welcome email that will also contain a link to download the product. They have tokens that you can use for the custom email template.

When you add your product for sale, you can copy paste the buy button code to be used in your site OR just grab the purchase link and use that to direct customers to the eJunkie checkout form.

From the checkout form, they go to PayPal, purchase the product and then they get an email from eJunkie to download the product.

It's simple and I haven't had any issues with the process in the almost 2 years I've been using the tool.

      Hope this helps.

      Best,

      Brad

Ejunkie workis great - once you figure out how to use it. It's so simple to use most people's problem is thinking there's more to be done than there is.
The payment process with ejunkie is smoother and easy - that's the point.

Great post Brad. You-the-man Paul. Thanks,

Alexa brings up a good point.

I am reviewing the whole WSO setup thing. I have another thread about WSO Pro or e-junkie or PayPal.
        http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...kie-other.html

I am leaning towards e-junkie mainly because of price. If I have it right, WSO Pro is 20 bucks PER WSO. And only WSO's. e-junkie is $5.00 / month for 50 download products, WSO or otherwise.

        I'm interested in other opinions.

Ok, in your Ejunkie interface, look for two numbers:

The first number is your Product Number. The second number is your Ejunkie Vendor Number. Plug these two numbers into the following forum code:

      PHP Code:
      [URL="https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?i=380&c=single&cl=38441" target="ejejcsingle"][IMG]http://ic7unique.com/add_to_cart_big.jpg[/IMG][/URL]
      That should do it. ;-)

It helps to have a second Paypal account (Personal) so you can buy your own product and test these things out.

I've been using e-junkie for more than 5 years now and have never had a problem. It's a breeze to set-up. I do agree their affiliate system is still quite basic, yet plenty of people are using it successfully.
