Noble/Market Samurai issues

Have you guys noticed any problems with using Noble Samurai in the past week?

The major problem I'm having is not being able to get any competition data. NS say it's some keywords, for me it's all keywords!

I notice on their issue register they have noted what they are working on:

Noble Samurai

Some one mentioned to me that Google doesn't like this sort of software, does anyone think such tools could become obsolete in the future?

    Check you have the latest version or try reinstalling, there are sometimes issues but they usually get them sorted pretty quickly.

      I had similar problems until I upgraded MS to the latest version.

    I just wanted to purchase MS when I found this thread. Should I purchase it now or wait until they solve the problem? Or just looking for other product?

      I'd definately buy it.

      I've had some great success with them, I think today they've just had some issues. It's a complicated beast but well worth the investment and they have a great support team and techies constantly monitoring it.

    Yes, had the same problem..it didn't go away until I rebooted the computer.

    I'm on the latest version as well but having intermittent issues with SEO Competition for certain keywords. Sometimes it doesnt show any competition, sometimes it shows only 2. Reported a week ago and only got a reply from their helpdesk 2 days ago.
