When can a free web directory can be changed to a paid directory?

I had one web directory with age of 5 months.Its alexa rank is around 50,000.It receives daily 150 free regular links for approval.It reached total 10,000 page impressions.Can i change it now to Paid directory,or shall i keep it free untill it reaches the age of one year.
All comments and any more tips for gaining website traffic will be greatly appreciated!!

    paid one is feature listing and free one is normal

    Good advice above. Follow the eZinearticles model: monetise your existing traffic though Adsense or affiliate programs and add a paid option with additional functionality.
