How Can I Send Info to All "Fans" of My Facebook Fan Page?

I've heard folks talk about it but I can't figure out how to send a message to all the fans of my Facebook "Fanpage." I've got over 800 fans and I THOUGHT I could use the Event function to send info to them, but I'm not seeing how to do that.

Can anyone clue me in?

    As at this time, There`s no way of sending a message to the inbox of all your fans. The only thing you can do is to post on your fanpage wall and it will show up like friends posts does...on the homepage of your fans.

    Well the other thing is to send them message on their birthdays. there are many applications on facebook with which you can send birthday wishes to your fans and you can also send a note with that. Its just a way to communicate with your friends and certainly very slow.

    i was taking a course that said you should post something on your fanpage once per hour. i think this is over kill.

    of course, the woman saying it is already a millionaire and has a large organic following. she said she was amazed on the response.

    well, if you are a millionaire and successful shouldn't your fans be responding?
