How to find website is working well or not?

I have started to face a problem. I have around 50 ~53 sites and my adwords are running for most sites.

Recently one of my ads were disapproved and the reason was "inaccurate url". Later I found out that my website was down since its hosting period was over.


So coming to the point, is there a service or some software that can "ping" or "inform" me if my website faces a problem , say if my site is down??

    I used to use a service but a few years ago we developed our own in house system.

    I couldn't find the service we used to use, either way they won't cost too much and some offer free trials.

    Try a google search such as is my site up - Google Search

    I use a program called "SiteUp". You can set it for how often you want it to check if your sites are online.

      I was thinking about siteup as well. It works well.
