Great outsource companies ?

Hi All

I'm trying to catch up on things going on and wondered if any one can give me tips on any good outsourcing companies that are around at the moment ? Im looking to recruit up to half a dozen outsourcers in the coming months.

any recommendations would be gratefully received.

    does any one else have suggstions of companies like agentsofvalue.com that have multiple outsourcers ready to go etc ?

      Not so sure if agentsofvalue are any good, but I have also tried oDesk with good results. However, people at oDesk are naturally geared towards freelancing and they may have multiple clients at the same time. If you are looking at continuous outsourcing, it may be better to try craigslist.ph (Philippines) and put an ad there for a full-time position. I know that some people have had success with this.

    i can only talk from personal experience and ive been using odesk.com and they have been absolutely amazing.

    you have the chance to check up on the work they do as they do it, the staff are of high quality and the customer service is wonderful.

      Hey Sam,

      I agree here. From all the freelancing sites I have tried oDesk has given me the best quality freelancers when it comes to writers! But I could not hire a person there full-time. I tried several times.

      I would find some good writer after I ordered like 50 articles, then they would usually be very happy to join me full-time, but then after one month they can't keep up. I guess that's because they keep getting other offers for other one-time jobs that they don't want to pass by on and so they keep trying.

      For a full-time person I found that proper job sites work better where people are specifically looking for a full-time job.
