i had given an add at bux website,can anyone tell me how earn to through it.visitors are not clicking my ads

this can be because of many different factors. I do not know or even heard of the bux ebsite you talk about so I can not tell you what their adds look like or how they try to get people to the ads. But the best thing I can say is if it is like ad words you need to make it compelling so that they will see what it is you are actually selling.

Most of the time people need an incentive. Or even a ruduced price offer. If you can provide them with this through the ad they are likely to click through to your site. But with out knowing what your ad is there is now real way to help you in any other way.

Not all visitor can make you money , it depend on what is their purpose come to your site, so all you need it a targeted traffic that can convert to sales for what you have offer.

  If they are not clicking on your ads you need to do something about it. The problem is that you give your visitors to many option that isn´t going to earn you money. You probably only have a banner at the sidebar or header of the site or something like that? It is not enough.
  
  Convert your entire page into an ad by making it a huge picture. And make that image an ad. That´s when you start getting decent ctr on your ad. Everything below 90% is actually not acceptable.

Could you give us more specific information?
Where, or if you don't want to tell us: What type of website did you place
your ad?

Which ad on that site is yours, or can you describe your ad for us if you
don't want to show it to us?

Are you expecting viewers of that site to click your ads and get whatever they need from
your site, giving you sales in the process, or do whatever they want on your site,
providing you with some sort of benefit from their actions?

Twiends.Com
Bux.To

Okay. Twiends.Com is a site that says you can get more Twitter followers
through their crediting and referral systems...

They offer free credits upon sign up, every now and then via their newsletters,
their members usually give out credits for you to follow them, and you can
give credits so you can get other members following you on Twitter...

Bux.To is a Paid To Click (PTC) site...
They offer people fixed rates for each ad click and impression...

Now --

Bux.To?

If so: Does the ad point to your website?
If not: What is your purpose of giving Twiends.Com an ad?

Okay. If I correctly interpret everything you said, you mean:

1. You gave credits to other Twiends.Com members to follow you on Twitter...
2. Assuming you drive most of those people to your websites...

Are you asking for ways to get more CPC ad clicks on your sites?

If you're referring to pure CPC profits:

This applies to most situaitions I've encountered working with clients more than 5 years now...
Lots of websites with a few regular visitors, or a few websites with lots of regular visitors...

Though: These people should not just be random visitors:
They should be the ad-clicking crowd, people looking for products, services or other solutions they can purchase to gain beneficial results...

Absolutely: Various opportunities can provide beneficial passive income for years and years...

People visiting your website should be interested in whatever you're
offering on your website, assuming you're offering something on your
website...

Why would you want people going to your website just because of those
credits?
