  Hey pretty much you just follow a bunch of people, and most likely they'll follow you back. Then you just post some regular updates while chucking in a few links once in a while, keep it about 80% social and 20% business. It's really that simple.

Yes. I also found it about one month ago. This is another search features from twitter. The old search feature in the find friends area was closed, then instead of it, this new search feature is provided. And it works much more better than the old one. Really like it.
