Hey guys, there has been so many questions lately about building a list.

How do i do it fast, why should i do it?

How can I build a relationship and make big money?

How can I make a gagillion dollar by next Tuesday with small list?

A list is not the be all and end all to a business but I must say as a niche marketer for many years, and as I have sent hundreds probably hundreds of thousands of emails to my prospects, there is nothing like the feeling of sending a message to someone, somewhere in the world and know that when you click the send button, you can almost guarantee you will see sales the next day when you wake up.

That has happend to me numerous times. So to anyone out there that thinks list building is for dummies, I urge you to build one and send a few emails and see what happens. Yes, that is what I did when I first started building a list. I actually did it to prove a marketer wrong!!!! oh boy did I royally screw it up..... I a good way mind you.

But there are alot of newbies out there that want to know, how on earth do I get my first 500 subscribers>>??

Well, what I am about to tell you is the secret!!

TAKE ACTION..... yes the more time you keep buying those $47 products and trying to find the secret to building a big list the more time you are waisting on going out there and building a list that can make you rich.

I know on warrior in here that makes a good solid living off a list about 1300 members. Why? because he took action and knows how to treat them with the candy and lollies. And in return they reward him. Yes, the free stuff he gives them is better than some of the other stuff people out there are paying for.

He has told me that he can send one email and get a massive open rate, and alot of those people that open their email will buy what he recommends. Why? because over time he has created repore and gained their trust. Something that in the IM world, especially in 2011 is PRICELESS.

Who in here can say they can support their family and pay their mortgage fees, with a list of 1300 people. Probably 1%, but this warrior does it, month in and month out.

That is how powerful a list can be. But you have to do it right from teh get go.

What do I do to get my first 500 subscribers but?

SIMPLE....we just covered that.

1) First.....take massive action!!

2) There are many ways you can do this. But I hear you say, stop jigging me around. How do i do this fast. I want 500 subscribers by yesterday. LOL.... and who doesnt right!

Anyway....

Here are few ways you can take list building and make it your own and get a flurry of people to you site, and or squeeze page and get a heap of people on your list quicktime.

1) Create a WSO, even a free one and get people to optin to download your product. If you have a paid product, after the warrior pays, get them to optin after they have bought your stuff....then you have a list of buyers....any top intermediate marketer to guru knows, that having a responsive list of proven buyers in your database, is like waking around with fully loaded ATM machine. You can make $x,xxx or even $xx, xxx if you know about funnels and backend setups.

2) you can jump aboard the JV train, and ask someone with a big list to promote your squeeze page/s . As your list grows and grows, then you will have leverage to go to people with bigger list and can swap them with yours. That is how I grow my lists exponentially.

3) You can ask well known marketers to advertise your squeeze pages or optin form on their download pages. I get about 100-150 subscribers a day from this alone. It is like pure clockwork, and I do not have to do anything anymore...as it is set up and just runs on autopilot their end. This just takes a phone call, or an email to a marketer or guru you know, or you can even pay them to do this. I have used all these tactics, and it has paid off big time. *BIG WINK* Just imagine not having to do anything but refresh your aweber list button and see an extra 80-100 people join your list each and every day. You cant beat that feeling

4) Here are some more places that you need to look at to make your list build up fast!!!

Warrior forum JV section. - There has been lots of money made from this section in here.

JVME.com - There are thousands of active members that all want to help you build a list while they build theirs. A win win situation.

IMAdSwaps.com is a great place. Not as big as the Warrior Forum mind you. But a good place to mingle and good opportunities. Some of the contacts I have made in there are priceless.

AdSwapFinder.com - similar to IMADS, with lots of people with different lists of varying sizes. Good for the little IM marketer looking for a small break.

They have financial and investing niches in there too. So good if you below to that niche. I might belong to that niche

ListSwapper.com - another less known one. But good and easy to use.

Remember do not waist your time sending your traffic straight to your sales pages. Get them on your list first and do the soft sell. Do constant testing on your squeeze pages to make sure you are pulling in a good conversion rate and then watch even more people join your lists.

Building a list is not only a good business practice, it is highly lucrative IF done the right way.
