Looking to enter a niche, advice please?

I'm looking to use a PR3 domain I have recently purchased to enter a niche I think may be good to get into. Only thing is it is to do with a selection of physical products that are available on Amazon and I think selling this way is my only way forward.

The above is the competition levels according to keyword tool on google, however as the products themselves arent overly expensive, id need to make quite a few sales to make it worthwhile.

Anyone able to offer any advice on some steps i could take based on the information i have in the keyword tool results above...

Yes, you could create your own physical product by looking for a gap in the market - or you could look for the best products out there and see if they have an affiliate program.

Set up a wordpress blog with some in depth analysis of each product - pros and cons etc...

I think I'd try to find something on Clickbank or elsewhere first, to test the market before you shell out the considerable time and money it takes to create your own product.

To add, be sure to look for gravity above at least 70...100 is what I go with.

If you want to act as a reseller than pick up the phone and speak to a few of the top product owners in the niche.

Sure you can sort something out if you have a high ranking website in the niche.

I would sell someone's else product first, and see if it goes well. After that you can always make your own product, and even let other one's sell them for you

Keep it simple....get a blog going about that particular product that promotes it and has a call to action. You're going to need to get your blog ranking for those high traffic keywords before you'll see any really good results. I have a blog that promoted products for an ecommerce site that did well this way. Good luck!

If they are getting a lot of searches per month then great. I would check the exact searches or phrase searches instead of broad as well. If you want to go into PPC, that is fine because the competition isn't too bad but remember to cut your costs to increase profits.

The Google Keyword Tool competition attribute really is only informative if you are going to use PPC. Take a closer look at each keyword with a tool like Traffic Travis (free tool...I'm in no way associated, but I use it everyday).

Also, your keyword search volumes are not accurate. You need to adjust the search match results to "Exact Match". The radio button is on the left hand side of the screen.

This step is the most important step of creating an internet business. Without doing the right research and knowing what each thing means will make the whole thing a guessing game from day 1.

I see you are a War Room member. I have a free guide to keyword research posted in the members section. There is a link in my signature...War Room Exclusive FREEBIE - Keyword Research Mastery. Grab it and read through. It will give you a better idea of how successful you could be and how fast.

If you have more questions, feel free to email/PM me.
