My Plan of Action

I haven't been on here in a long time. I spent a fair amount of time sorting my life out. After my life was sorted out, at least a little bit... I started work on an idea I had. I'm writing this primarily as a way to put my thoughts onto a page and also to track my progress. However, I would also appreciate any comments or help you're willing to give!
Basically I've produced a 'How to get rich' guide... but for a game. I've always been into games etc and the gaming niche seemed like the obvious choice for me to release a product in. After creating this guide, I started selling it on dedicated forums for the game.
It was a success! People were blown away with the value I was providing and for such a small price as well. I'm currently making around $20 /day with this (just from sales on the forum) and I've decided to make a fully fledged clickbank site and start recruiting affiliates to help drive traffic.
Without further ado, I present my plan:
1. Finish editing the guide into a professional looking ebook format that I can be proud to sell and put my name on. Use feedback from previous sales to make certain sections clearer and more easily understood. Add more pictures to the guide.
2. Create a mini-site. This I have no idea how to do. I am proficient on Photoshop, so will be able to create header and footer graphics etc. Ideally, I'd like to create a website on wordpress as I am familiar with it, although I need to check if this is possible for the designs I want and how to go about making the website / submitting the product to clickbank so it will be accepted. Write copy and submit it to warrior forums to be scrutinised.
3. Once the site is completed, submit to clickbank and make sure everything is working properly and is live. Sell guide for around $20.
4. If I can afford Aweber at this point, make a subscription and start collecting emails. Collect emails like this: Once they have bought the guide present them with the opportunity to receive free updates etc if they submit their email address.
5. Once everything here is working, start recruiting affiliates. (I already have places I know to go to do this and hopefully should be able to recruit 5-10 good affiliates as well as other affiliates).
6. Create a member accessible forum. Create an up sell page. Up sell will be presenting the 'exclusive' members only forum for people who have bought the guide. Offer the first month free and then subsequent months at $4.99 /month. (Also an easier way to collect emails).
7. Continue working on recruiting affiliates and making the forum a strong and active place where people enjoy the exclusiveness of it. Start work on second guide on a slightly different topic. Sell on the forums I'm currently selling on for feedback of the guide and then either create another clickbank site to sell it or use it as an up-sell or bonus (if bonus, increase price slightly).
This is my current plan. Whilst I finish completing step 1, I am currently looking for any good free tips / tutorials in how to create clickbank mini-sites for selling ebooks etc. Any points in the right direction would be extremely appreciated. I'm not outsourcing anything in this process and am doing it all myself, I also do not wish to buy anything to help me.
