I own a Marketing and Web Design company, here is a video intro that one of our designers created...I am not sure what to think of it, so I will allow my fellow warriors to decide.

Please tell me what you think, be brutally honest, afterall that's why you are called a warrior.

    It seems pointless!

    There you did asked.

    In the spirit of being slightly more constructive; I think 14 seconds of screech crash video is too short to carry any kind of message. Now in fairness to your colleague it might be aimed at a much younger audience than me so that may be an influence.

    Technically it looks very impressive but at the end I was left wondering what it had hoped to achieve. That was after I realised that there was no more

    If the idea is that this is just the start of a longer video then perhaps, unless it's commercially sensitive, you would like to add that for us to take a look.

    It seems spectacularly basic. Looks like the person who created it took a simple animation template and modified the wording.

    As for its message? I get what your introducing, but it seems overly flashy. I would assume you are going to use this to either advertise your services or provide a tutorial? Either way I don't think this works for either.

    On a lighter note, why does the word ON appear in two places--the first time on the right hand side and then the second time it moves over to the left?

    Hmmm I thought it was pretty darn good. It obviously is an intro video, just be careful if using it on a series of videos which may become annoying. I liked it though, nice job!

    The purpose of something like this is to be memorable and reused often.

    Not to be some work of fine art.

    Put this at the beginning of each video in a 12-part series, and you'll be branded.

    That's what this stuff is for.
