I have never really done any article marketing before but have an article written using spintax code in .txt format.

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to submit diffreent versions to different directories and also how to embed a backlink into the article.

Many thanks...

There's alot of software (and yes, there's some free software too) to submit articles to directories. Just google for it.

  • The world needs more spun crap content. Go for it. Google loves it.

Or you could consider writing content people will actually want to read that can actually lead to a conversion.

    Your choice.

@joey245 Thanks so much for the bestarticlesubmittersoftware.com/ tip. I was looking around for something like this and you provided the solution!

@xploit - Sorry you had to receive that insulting answer to your question (above). That was uncalled for and I felt bad for you reading it. I'm new to Warrior but have lurked for quite awhile. One thing that attracted me here was the civil nature and comradery among the people here.

First of all, do not use spun content. It will get you no where. You have to provide valuable content that people will actually read. Don't write for the search engines, write for people. The search engines are not going to read your article, visit your site and possibly make a purchase, only people do that. And the only way they do that is if you provide them with valuable content that helps them out and makes them want more.

The top article directories, where you want your article to be, won't even accept spun content so don't waste your time on it. Yes you might get a ton of backlinks but it won't do you any good if the articles aren't readable to your target audience.

      Exactly so.

Yes, indeed. Even the backlinks in their own right are no good, really. They're all non-context-relevant, PR-0 backlinks, and you'll need many, many thousands/tens of thousands of them to give you the equivalent link-juice to one relevant authority site backlink. Article directory backlinks are pretty much "the lowest of the low" in backlinking currency.

Before you get too wrapped up in the debate about article spinning and original content I'm going to give you a little free advice.

#1 - Listen closely to what DrMani, TPW (Bill Platt), Zeuss66 (John), Alexa Smith, and MYOB say in posts on article marketing. They are the real deal. These people make thousands of dollars per month from their article marketing. Add TimG to that list, too.

#2 - Separate your use of spun articles and original content into two strategies. You can use carefully spun content to create a few extra backlinks to attempt to increase the ranking of your targeted site. Original high quality content is REQUIRED for conversions and to receive the highest quality backlinks. Focus on your readers needs, not on mass production.

#3 - No matter what I say, or anyone I just recommended says, test it for yourself in the real world. When many of us say do not use spun content, it is because we tried it, and for us it was not a good return on investment. Others will come here and tell you it works. Different strategies, needs, and markets can and will respond differently.

#4 - Keep asking questions and using the search function. You can get a great education here on the Warrior Forum for free. When you find someone whose opinion you appreciate, follow the link in their signature see if they have a free ebook on article marketing...(hint...TPW)

#5 - Don't stop trying and taking action.

#6 - When it doesn't work, don't stop, just adjust your strategy.

    #7 - Test everything.

    Good Luck,

    Barry

XPLOIT, I dont recommend you use spin content anymore, go unique and with very high value. if you cant write or hate writing you can always outsource it, but if you wanna really be successfull with article marketing its always about quality not quantity. Go UNIQUE and HIGH VALUE and outsource it if you cant do it

  • Hi Xploit,

As mentioned above: I recommend writing articles, aimed at providing your specific target readers benefits in the form of info, tips, advice, strategies and techniques, in your own style and ways most appropriate to inform, educate and entertain them. Also integrate your own relevant sets of observations, inferences, test results, actual experience, theories, opinions and perspectives into your articles...

I also recommend publishing your articles on your website, updating your sitemap.xml and submitting it to Google via your Google Webmaster Tools account, before submitting it to article directories...

I highly recommend submitting your articles to contextually relevant article directories where webmasters with contextually relevant websites go, to find articles which they can publish on their websites for their viewers...

Most article directories use HTML for including keyword-anchored links in the resource box or the author's box of submitted articles. Example Resource Box:

Complimenting the tips above by learning more specific info, advice, tips, strategies and techniques about <a href="TheURLOfYourOnsitePage,CompleteWithHTTPAndWW WHere">your target keyword here</a> will provide you with better, quicker and more beneficial article marketing results.

    Hope this helps...
