The "Ghost" Sale on Clickbank

Anyone ever get these random sales in clickbank for a product that you have NO memory of ever promoting? Not that I'm complaining, mind you, it's just that I *think* it may be from a marketing campaign from years ago. Lol..i have no idea how to track where it came from

I get sales like this all the time from just regular websites I published when I started online. Unfortunately I didn't put very good tracking methods in place or document what I did, so I get random sales often!

You can use trackers (like: Google Analytics) that tells you from people are coming to your site.
It's very useful to understand which sources are working and which not.

I get these sometimes, mainly from when I was using Yahoo Answers. The best site tracking tool I have used is Sitemeter.com (get the free version) I don't even see why people would need to buy the premium on this because it is so good. It even tells if your visitors clicked an affiliate link.

Hey, no problem, just send me those orphaned commission checks and I'll take care of them for all of you!
