New Jersey Warriors - I'm looking for a tax attorney/accountant

Can anyone in the northern New Jersey area recommend a good tax attorney/accountant? I've been doing everything on my own up to now but I'm planning to ramp up my earnings in 2009 and so I want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row so to speak. If you know of someone who can provide tax advice and help me determine the best company structure I'd appreciate a recommendation.
