Weird Predicament: PayPal Reversed a WSO Purchase I Made
I bought a WSO last week for the first time in a long while. I've been looking for specific plr products off and on for several weeks, got tired of wasting time and decided to see if I could find them on the forum. The one I wanted most was something I bought a license to years ago but it's currently filed somewhere in my zip archives so I figured I could just find it online and buy another license.
I found exactly what I was hunting for in a bonus for a wso. The wso was a basic beginner instruction manual I didn't need but nothing fishy so I bought it to get access to the bonuses.
Immediately after buying PayPal sent me a security alert email and limited my account. I had to log in and unlock it then reset my password and security questions. (No I didn't click any email links)
Once I got past all the security stuff I noticed an open issue on the dispute resolution desk. I looked at it but could add no comments or anything to it. It showed that PayPal had opened a dispute with the person I bought the wso from. Not being able to do anything with it myself I left it be and figured it was just part of the security check.
I went on to create and release one product that day and am half way through the big product I wanted from the plr bonuses. Tonight on my mobile it shows that PayPal reversed the payment I made for the wso.
So now I'm stuck wondering exactly how to handle this. I already have one product released and a huge amount of work done on the big one. I legally licenced the content for the big one years ago so I'm not too worried about that, but is no reason for me to stuff the poor wso seller. I'll be contacting PayPal in the morning to see if they'll reverse the reversal but I'm curious to hear other ideas? And have any of you had something like this happen before? How did you handle it?
Thanks,
Kathy
