Mortgage lead generation question

A friend who is a mortgage broker has asked me to set a system up whereby affiliates can advertise his services and he can arrange all types of mortgages for clients based in the United Kingdom.

I am looking for a way to recruit high quality affiliates who can drive traffic to a landing page or website where clients can complete a form or call a number.

Everything must be tracked so affiliates can be paid for successful details.

The average commission will be around £200 to £400 per successful application.

Any ideas of the best way to do this?

I would think he couple employ the services of a CPA network, or course one ends up paying the affiliates and the network managing them, but the network should take care of the tedious details and fraud detection. Don't know if you are familier that major aggregater of CPA deals OfferVault.com, right now the have 120 vaguely mortgage related offers for affiliates to pick from.

I think the best and easiest way to do this on your own is like this:

    a) Set up a domain with several subdomains.

    b) There will be a sub domain per each affiliate you have.

    c) Set up your tracking ids with Free PPC Affiliate Tracking Software | Tracking202

    d) Profit???? lol

    I Hope this helps

I have a mortgage site and sell my leads via Leadbay.co.uk

Personally I only sell enquiries not on a CPA basis as I've been ripped off too many times.

They have a lot of cheap leads on Leadbay at the minute. I'm sure he could get as many as he wanted for peanuts.

Yes it is someone bought it from the official receivers and re-started it.

Obv much less people using it due to what happened therefore prices are dirt cheap. Some leads being sold for 10p!!

New owners seem very good though and I'm confident it will grow again.
