    Is your hosting account using PHP 5.2.4 and MySQL 5.0?

    As of 3.2, you’ll need to be running PHP 5.2.4 and MySQL 5.0.

    Check other threads in here. People have shared what is going on: minimal requirements for new version - known issues with some plugins - etc etc.
